Only what you type into the contact form: your name, phone number, email and message. The form does not store anything on this website — pressing send opens WhatsApp or your email client, and the message reaches us the same way any message from you would. We keep enquiries in our own records for as long as we are working with you, and use them only to answer you.
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. It remembers only your language choice, stored in your own browser and never sent to us. Nothing on this page profiles you.
If you use the AI advisor, the question you type is sent to the AI service that answers it. Do not enter passport numbers, bank details or other sensitive personal data there — send those to an advisor over WhatsApp or email instead.
Write to us at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer within thirty days. Contact details are in the contact section of this page.
