How it runs

From first call to first invoice.

Typical timeline for a free zone company with one investor visa and a corporate account.

01

Consultation

We map your activity, shareholders and banking needs, then quote the structure — mainland or free zone — with total cost.

Day 0 · free
02

Licence

Name reservation, initial approval, MOA and lease. Your trade licence is issued and the establishment card follows.

Day 3–7
03

Visa & Emirates ID

Entry permit, medical, biometrics and residence stamping — for you and any family or staff on the file.

Day 10–20
04

Bank & operations

Compliance pack, bank interview, account opened. Then accounting, tax registration and, if you want it, the property search.

Your own deadline calendar
