Property investor
Ready or off-plan from an approved developer, owned outright or with a mortgage that meets the criteria. Family included.
Investor & entrepreneur
Deposit or company capital in the UAE, or an endorsed startup, with the required approvals from the competent authority.
Talent & specialists
Doctors, engineers, executives and specialised talent with a recognised degree and a valid employment contract.
Company investor visa
The standard route for most founders: renewable, covers spouse and children, and can be upgraded later to a Golden Visa.
